The MI-VIDA study launched recruitment in Spring 2022. Since then the team have identified the majority of the study cohort, with these having completed the first survey. Through the coming months the study participants will be asked to complete the follow-up surveys with data collection expected to complete in Autumn 2023.
In September 2022 the international team met in Colombia travelling to Valledupar and Barranquilla to assist with study promotion and participant recruitment.
